Can you believe these guys?

Listening to a podcast debate between some atheists and some fundamentalist Christians yesterday, reminded me of my teenage years. The arguments presented, were weak on both sides, as flimsy evidence was presented and considered quite strong by all who asserted their points.

No communication, or connection exists between two or more people, if the intent is to win the argument and not seek a truthful compromise. Like so many over-produced reality TV shows, most apologists these days, have developed canned arguments and attempt to set up their opponents with sophistic rhetoric.

These sorts of displays are ubiquitous these days, as we do tend to pick sides, instead of clarifying our lens of reality. If you can’t think on your feet, you can’t think.
