We are all recycled stars!

Interesting science thought of the day! Something to ponder deeperšŸ˜ƒ

“Iron, or the densest matter that a star can create, is instantaneously poisonous to a star because the life birthing process of the star cannot transfer anymore energy into its core.

After a star creates the first configurations of matter (helium, lithium, beryllium, boron, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen…up to element 56, iron) from the energy it possesses, it’s goal is complete and life for us is possible.

Gravity wins at this point and the star explodes, offering back its energy so that another star has the chance for a life, or if it has grown powerful enough, it explodes as a super nova and escapes this universe as it forms a black hole taking its core with it.”
